Replacing products with a bit eco friendlier packaging
Well, it was time to buy clothing detergent and switched from my fav liquid in a plastic bottle to granular in a box - I hope the planet and my progeny appreciate my sacrifice!
Milk in cartons, juice in cartons, finally found vanilla creamer in carton. Ordering luffa seeds to grow my own scrubbers for the kitchen...uh huh...given instructions to family to reign me in when I teeter on the edge of riduculous. Funny I remember asking my mom about all the cartons in the fridge and she said something about it being recyclable and I thought oh, ok...never made the connection that it actually breaks down sometime in my lifetime...not like my previous love of the plastic bottle!
Another of my loves is reading so as I finish books I'll post my rating. I have a personal standard that when I start a book I must finish, only been tortured a few times and then run, yes, run from that genre or author! Currently reading Ngaio Marsh mystery, usually receive an A, will let you know...
